Opened in Irvine, California in 1989 under the leadership of Marc Etherton, Harbor Pointe Financial quickly ranked as one of the top three mortgage lenders in Southern California for customer service by the National Survey Systems. In 1993 a branch office opened in Hawaii and we continued to work successfully with developers and residents for the best loan  programs.
